How do I update my contact details?
From the home screen in the app, click the More tab. Click Profile and then edit your information in the My Profile screen and save.
How do I update my payment details?
From the home screen in the app, click the More tab. Click Subscription, and then Payment Information. Next click UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION, update your credit card details, and then click CONFIRM PAYMENT INFORMATION.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
From the home screen in the app, click the More tab. Click Subscription, then DISABLE AUTO RENEW.
How can I tell if my subscription is active?
From the home screen in the app, click the More tab. Click Subscription. The Status will show if your subscription is active or inactive. If you are on a free trial, the status will show “Trialing”. Otherwise your status will show “Active” or “Inactive”.
How do I reactivate my monthly subscription?
From the home screen in the app, click the More tab. Click Subscription, then ENABLE AUTO RENEW. If this button is greyed out, you are required to update your credit card details in the Payment Information tab before you can enable your subscription.
How do I enter a discount coupon code?
From the home screen in the app, click the More tab. Click Subscription, then Coupon Code. Enter the coupon code and click save. The discount will be applied to your next subscription payment.
How do I refer the app to a friend and send them a discount referral code?
From the home screen in the app, click the More tab. Click Subscription and then Refer a Friend and enter their information. When you refer the app to a friend it automatically sends them a discount coupon code. Your friend will receive an email with a unique code and once they sign up for the app using the coupon code, you will receive a thank you email with your own unique coupon code to give you a discount on your subscription. You only receive your own coupon code if your friend signs up and pays for the app.
A friend that I referred signed up for the app and I didn’t get a discount code in return. Why?
Discount codes for referrals are only emailed to you if the person you referred signs up and pays for the app using the referral coupon code that was sent to them. If they sign up using a different code (such as a conference discount code or a special offer code) then you do not get credit for referring them. Referral coupon codes CANNOT be applied retroactively.
