
SET UP:
If I don’t enter all of my year-to-date contracts when I set up the app, can I enter them later?
Yes. If you missed entering an existing contract when you set up the app, from the app home screen, you can click on CONTRACTS and Add a Contract. All contracts must start a listing/BRA (buyer representation agreement, aka buyer exclusivity agreement, aka buyer commitment). In the Add Contract screen, enter the contract as a new listing/BRA and click save. Then click on the contract and update the status to pending/firm/closed and enter all relevant details. If you used the “Skip and Add Later” option during set up, a blank contract will be in your CONTRACTS view. Simply click on the contract and edit the details then save.
I didn’t know my performance stats when I set up my app. I know my numbers now. How do I update the information in my app?
If you did not enter your actual performance stats (such as your average % of deals that close, average GCI per close, average number of appointments to get a listing, and/or average number of prospects to get an appointment) when you set up the app then you can update these numbers through the Goals screen at any time. From the home screen in the app, click the Goals tab. In the Goals Screen, click on the blue number in the field you want to edit. Update the number and save your changes. As you update your performance stats your weekly / monthly / yearly goals will automatically change. The better you are at different parts of your business, the easier it is to achieve your goal.
